This single-story rear extension is one of the most modest yet challenging projects designed by our company. Clients approached us with a request to design a ground-floor bedroom with an En-suite shower room. The host dwelling is Grade II listed in Pimlico Conservation Area; therefore, finding a common ground with conservation officers was one of the most important parts of the project. The design, both externally and internally, blends well with the main character of the building and the neighbourhood.
