The brief was to extend the house to meet the needs of the new owners. The family was in need of private rooms for each of their four children as well as an open plan where they could all spend time together while eating and entertaining. The internal layout was altered quite a bit, and the project involved the creation of the rear extension and the loft dormer extension.
